Due to the popularity of our Tuesday and Thursday BOXFIT sessions we are now adding four new sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings. This will now give you the opportunity to train any evening Monday to Thursday plus our Saturday morning session.

Here at Bristol Boxing Gym we can offer a safe, fun, unique and memorable boxing birthday party for your child and his/her friends.
There is a total of one full hour of interactive organised play, including Non Contact Boxing, skipping and fun games to keep them entertained. The children will get the opportunity to learn some boxing basics, hit the punch bags and workout in the boxing ring. Rest assured this is a strictly Non Contact Boxing session!
You can invite up to 20 children (age 5 upwards)
We provide Birthday Invitations.
We provide equipment Boxing gloves and skipping ropes.
Bring your own party bags and cake.
We entertain the kids for 1 hour with non contact boxing and games.
Personal Boxing Training at the Bristol Boxing Gym can help you in multiple ways whether it’s to improve your fitness levels, learn to box, lose a few pounds; improve your general health; or build self confidence. Our Personal Training will provide structure, results, variety and motivation.
You'll start with an initial consultation to assess your current state of health and define your fitness goals. This gives you an agreed starting point, and also a benchmark against which to measure your progress in a realistic fashion. Your individual personal training programme will be changed regularly, not only for variety, but also to allow for continued progression to deliver maximum results in the minimum of time.
