We are pleased to announce Bristol Boxing Gym/Empire ABC have become part of the Global Alumni for Fight for Peace after completing a week's intensive training in Rio, Brazil.
Fight for Peace's Global Alumni programme began its second course of the year this Monday 3 December with organisations from nine different countries arriving in Rio de Janeiro to take part. The representatives from each organisation will spent six days attending the course, which teaches the methodology of Fight for Peace's work in Rio de Janeiro and London, at the Rio headquarters academy in Nova Holanda, Complexo da Maré.
Fight for Peace's Global Alumni Programme was launched in 2011 and in the next three years will see 120 community organisations take part.
This is a great opportunity for our gym to implement this proven approach to working with youths in St Pauls and across Bristol.
Bristol Boxing Gym has launched a new Kettlebells class on Thursdays 6pm to 7pm available for all members.
There are over 20 kettlebells at the class covering a wide range of weights to cater for almost anyone, however you'll need to be able to squat properly (will be taught technique). Class is taught by Bristol Boxing Gym coach Henry Roy a certified kettlebell instructor. Bring your own water bottle and towel and suitable clothing that will not resrict movement is a must.
Our Kettlebells Class will improves Core Strength, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, stronger muscles and bone plus weight loss. For more information check out Kettlebell Class Bristol.
Due to popular demand Bristol Boxing Gym's BOXFIT Class is now on seven days a week! Our adult boxing and fitness class is suitable for all levels of ability and fitness from beginners upwards. These sessions involve boxing techniques, shadow boxing, punchbags, circuit training, running and skipping.

Here at Bristol Boxing Gym we can offer a safe, fun, unique and memorable boxing birthday party for your child and his/her friends.
There is a total of one full hour of interactive organised play, including Non Contact Boxing, skipping and fun games to keep them entertained. The children will get the opportunity to learn some boxing basics, hit the punch bags and workout in the boxing ring. Rest assured this is a strictly Non Contact Boxing session!
You can invite up to 20 children (age 5 upwards)
We provide Birthday Invitations.
We provide equipment Boxing gloves and skipping ropes.
Bring your own party bags and cake.
We entertain the kids for 1 hour with non contact boxing and games.
