JUNIORS : Monday & Wednesday 5.45pm – 7.15pm (Age 10 – 16)

This is a mixed class for children aged 10 - 16 who have prior boxing experience. For beginners we recommend attending our Junior Boxing Lessons first.

This class is based around enjoyment and involves all aspects of boxing training to box competitively. The sessions are coached by a qualified ABA coaches, no pressure is put on children to box competitively or to spar without agreement from the participating child and parent.

£20 Joining Fee (Includes free gum shield, skipping rope & hand wraps)

£3 per session or £5 for a week. Children welcome to attend Junior Boxing Lessons on Tuesday and Thursdays.


SENIORS : Monday & Wednesday 7.30pm – 9.00pm (Age 17 +)

Mixed class for serious boxers looking to box competitively for the amateur club. Beginners or people looking for fitness are advised to attend BOXFIT class first.

Sparring is available supervised by ABA qualified trainers.

In your first visit to the gym you need to bring basic training kit consisting of trainers, shorts or tracksuit bottoms, t-shirt or sweatshirt and a towel. You will need hand wraps (worn underneath the gloves) to protect your hands whilst punching the bags. These can be purchased at the gym. All other boxing equipment is on sale at the gym including gloves, skipping ropes, head guards, etc.

Please seek the advice of one of our team before purchasing equipment to ensure that you have the correct kit for your requirements.

Membership required or £5.00 one off fee for first timers.

Yes girls are more than welcome. Best for your daughter to attend our Empire ABA Junior sessions on Mon and Weds evenings 5.45 till 7.15pm.

For the Empire ABC nights for seniors they run on Monday and Weds 7.30pm till 9pm.

We also have our BOXFIT sessions that run every evening.

£5 for a one off session and then join one of our membership options.
