Female Only Boxing Class

FEMALE ONLY BOXING CLASS: Tuesdays 5.30pm – 7.00pm

A females only boxing class at Bristol Boxing Gym for all fitness levels and abilities.

Coached by an ABA fully qualified, female coach, this session focuses on learning the basics of boxing and fitness.

No membership required. Fee is £4.00 per session.

Hi!

Came to the class with my friend for the first time last week and loved it. Neither of us can make it tonight, but could you let us know if the start time will be changing from next week?

Hi I really want to come to your all female class I used to be British champion gymnast. I have lost all my confidence scince quitting that 7 years ago I am 25 now do u think I will be ok coming? I am so nervous nowadays,I had some nasty relationships and want to learn a bit of self defence and get fit at the same time,
