I'm looking for a regular boxing class for fun & fitness purposes, would that class be suited for a regular training or is there anything else you recommend? I'm up for a real challenge although a beginner at this stage!

Hi Laura the female classes would be a great place to start, you would also be welcome to take part in the box fit classes coached by our professional boxers which would provide you would provide you with a challenging work out.

Hi, I'm a complete beginner , no expirience what so ever!! But a boxing class sounds really good.

I just have a few questions
1. I'm 13 is that old enough?
2. Is there a class for complete beginners?
3. What do you do in the sessions?
4. Is this proper boxing like on boxing rings?
5. Does this club allow you to go on with further competitions?

Hi Sarah,

We have the junior boxing classes which will be for your age up until 16, these are for complete beginners and are just boxing training. However if you like them you could join our amateur club and compete if you were chosen to do so.

Hi im a 15 year old girl, ive never done boxing or anything like it before but id like to start, should i do this class or the junior boxing lessons?

Hi Maya, the junior boxing classes would probably be best suited to you if you are just starting out, once you have a decent understanding of boxing then you may chose to do the adult Boxfit classes or the Female only class.

Thanks.

Hi Helen, the youngest age of attendees is 10 years, so your daughter would be fine to attend. Thanks
