We offer a wide variety of boxing based classes including Boxfit, Technique and Sparring. We have Female only classes and if boxing isn't your thing we also offer Yoga!

BOXFIT is perfect for somebody looking to begin boxing training and keep fit. These sessions involve basic boxing techniques; shadow boxing, bag work, circuit training, running and skipping. BOXFIT training is training like a boxer - without getting hit! It's a great way to lose weight, build confidence and learn self defence - it's also a fantastic stress reliever and the perfect antidote to city living. Boxing is also a good mental work out - there is nothing like pounding a heavy punchbag to clear your head!

Our purpose taught technique classes are designed to help members who wish to improve their boxing technique in preparation for novice sparring or ahead of joining the amateur club.

If you want to put all of your training to the test then why not try our Novice Sparring Classes? Supervised sparring sessions are perfect for novice boxers that have been attending BOXFIT on a regular basis that wish to start sparring. The sparring class is also great for members looking to compete in white collar boxing or as an amateur boxer in the future.
