Tuesdays and Thursday 7.00pm – 8.30pm (Age 17 +) Saturday 10.00am - 11.30am (Age 17+) Mixed class suitable for all levels from beginners upwards. Perfect for somebody looking to begin boxing training and keep fit. These sessions involve basic boxing techniques; shadow boxing, bag work, circuit training, running and skipping. Please note that sparing is prohibited during these sessions. Gym membership is required or a one off £5.00 fee for first timers is permitted. |
