At Bristol Boxing Gym we offer personal one to one training sessions and devise a fitness and workout regime that is specific to your needs. So, if you wish to learn the techniques of boxing, improve your fitness or simply lose a few pounds, we can help. We have fully qualified male and female coaches and sessions can be booked Monday to Saturdays from 10.00am until 8.00pm. Each one to one session costs £30.00 for one hour. Our one to one sessions will enable you to maximise your workout, focussing on the techniques of boxing, improving fitness and self esteem, rhythm, strength and tone. Our coaches are happy to advise you on your overall fitness routine, diet and nutrition.
