Monday         4.30pm – 5.30pm

Tuesdays        5.45pm – 6.45pm

Wednesday    4.30pm – 5.30pm

Thursdays      5.45pm – 6.45pm 

Non contact mixed class for children aged (10-16) suitable for all levels from beginners upwards.

Perfect for children looking to begin boxing training and keep fit.  These sessions involve basic boxing techniques; shadow boxing, bag work, circuit training, running and skipping. Please note that sparing is prohibited during these sessions.  Once a child reaches a certain level of boxing experience we can then invite them to attend our Empire ABC Junior Sessions.

£20.00 JOINING FEE (includes free gum shield, hand wraps & skipping rope).

£3 per session or £5 for the week.

Non members £3 per session for one week only then they must join membership to continue.

Hi Ellie no problem there are a few girls of your age that attend the sessions. If you come down to the gym we can let you know the best classes to attend and show you around.

No problem you are welcome to attend the boxfit classes as you are over 16, these happen every evening and times can be found on this website.

Hi Corey, we do have used boxing gloves at the gym that you can use to start with but we recommend that you buy a pair of your own. Thanks

There is no need to be nervous, all of our members are very friendly and the coaches will be able to help you with any problems that you might have.
