Leigh Alliss won the Western Area Light Heavyweight Title in 2004. Leigh stopped local rival Shane White in two rounds. Leigh went on to box for the English Light Heavyweight Title losing in one of the fights of 2006 against Peter Haymer.
Leigh retired from boxing in 2007 and is now a succesful Mixed Martial Arts Fighter.
