Quoting Chris:
Hi - my mate and I enjoyed the BoxFit last night but would definitely benefit from some technique training. Do we need to be paid members if we want to book some personal training sessions? Ideally we'd like to book some personal training, and then sign up for membership when we've got the technique to get the most benefit from BoxFit.

Cheers
C

Hi Chris,
You can book personal training without being a member, these would rapidly improve your technique and help you along with Boxfit
