At Bristol Boxing Gym we offer personal one to one training sessions and devise a fitness and workout regime that is specific to your needs. A typical one hour Personal Training Session will include:
We select the best Personal Trainers in Bristol to enable you to maximise your workout, focussing on the techniques of boxing, improving fitness and self esteem, rhythm, strength and tone. Our Boxing Personal Trainers are happy to advise you on your overall fitness routine, diet and nutrition. All of our Personal Trainers are either active boxers or coaches with over five years of experience.
We have fully qualified male and female boxing coaches and personal training sessions can be booked Monday to Saturdays from 10.00am until 8.00pm. Each one to one personal training session costs £30.00 for one hour. If you are looking to book a larger block of sessions then we can look at possible deals to suit you.
We now offer Buddy Personal Training Sessions where you can train with a friend or partner for £45.00 for the hour. This can be a fun way to train and help motivate each other sharing your goals and costs! If you are looking to book a larger group training session then contact us for more information and costs.
In the past we have helped train varoius individuals and sports teams including Bristol Rovers Football Club, Bristol Rugby Club, actors for TV and Film, etc.
