At Bristol Boxing Gym we offer personal one to one training sessions and devise a fitness and workout regime that is specific to your needs. So, if you wish to learn the techniques of boxing, improve your fitness or simply lose weight and tone, we can help.

A one-hour Personal Training Session will include:

  • Warm Up & Stretch

  • Skipping (don’t worry we can teach you to skip)

  • Boxing Technique & Shadow Boxing

  • Training on the Punch Bags

  • Training on the Pads with your trainer

  • Circuit Training Routine

  • Cool Down and Stretch

As the leading boxing gym in the West Country with over 50+ years of experience we can ensure you will receive the very best coaching. We select the best Personal Trainers in Bristol to ensure you maximise your workout, focussing on the techniques of boxing, improving fitness, rhythm, strength, tone and self-esteem. Our Personal Trainers are happy to advise you on your general fitness routine, diet and nutrition. All of our Personal Trainers bring a wealth of boxing knowledge with at least five years coaching experience or are an active professional boxer.

Personal training sessions can be booked 7 days a week Monday to Sunday’s from 8.00am. Each one-to-one personal training session costs £40.00 for one hour. If you are looking to book a larger block of sessions, then we can look at possible discounted deals to suit you.

We now offer Buddy Personal Training Sessions where you can train with a friend or partner for £50.00 for the hour. This can be a fun way to train and help motivate each other sharing your goals and costs!

Yes, we offer blocks or 6 or 10 personal training sessions. If you require more sessions or want to discuss a deal, then please feel free to contact us for more information.

Yes, no problem and it is a great way to share the costs. We offer a buddy personal training session that can be booked here.

Personal training sessions can be booked Monday to Sundays from 8.00am.

What is the cost for personal training?
